The innovative Chaos Training Program was created for clients at every fitness level, from ages 13 and up. 13-15 year olds accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Every movement and exercise has different levels of progressions so everyone can progress according to their fitness level!

The 1 hour class focuses on improved fitness through full body movements/exercises that combines your cardio, muscular strength and endurance, agility, and core stability all in one cross training class.
Equipment used but not limited to involves kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, sleds, body weight, balance trainers, med balls, tires, etc.
