Scott Yeckley B.S. Exercise Science, ACSM, IYCA
Owner, Manager, Head Wellness and Performance Coach
With an Exercise Science degree from Lock Haven University and an ACSM Certification, Scott began his career with a desire to help people improve themselves. Scott has worked closely with athletes since his college days and now brings his experience to clients at Innate Fitness. In order to take athletes to the next level, Scott focuses on athlete development, increasing strength, speed and agility while preventing injuries. He also has a background in skilled corrective movement programming and more for those with arthritis, metabolic issues, heart disease, joint imbalances, stroke recovery and more.

Ryan DeLong B.S. Health and Physical Education, ACSM, NASM, NASE
Head Wellness and Performance Coach
Ryan comes to Innate Fitness Latrobe with a degree from Edinboro University and both an ACSM and an NASM Certification. Much like Scott, Ryan started on this career path with the goal of helping others to improve themselves and have the confidence to be the happiest and healthiest version of themselves possible. Having experience injury from improper coaching, Ryan is determined to provide highly effective, but safety conscious guidance to anyone on their health journey. After his injury, Ryan acquired his first training certification from NASM via self-study at the age of 18. Training and improving his knowledge bse throughout his college career, he has worked with clients varying from youth/high school/ and collegiate athletes, to geriatric communities, and everything in between. With a strong rehabilitation and corrective exercise background paired with performance based training, Ryan has a unique insight into functional training for any and all purposes.
Matthew Shrum B.S. Exercise Science
Wellness and Performance Coach
With an Exercise Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Matt has set out to make an impact in people's lives and help them achieve their goals. Matt has worked closely with athletes of all levels including professional athletes. He has also worked in an array of different physical rehabalitation clinics and is looking to bring his broad range of knowledge and experience to his clients at Innate Fitness. He also has a background in working with special populations which includes arthritis, metabolic issues, heart disease, joint imbalances, stroke recovery and more.
