We train athletes both large and small. Children as young as 8 are welcome to train with us. Groups of 2-6 athletes at a time are organized according to age and skill level so all athletes are trained with the right intensity and focus.
We focus on developing and improving speed, agility, strength, quickness, flexibility, and stability of an athlete. Our coaches continually measure an athletes improvements to show progress in their training.
