• Dates: Weigh-in:January 13th or 14th Weigh-out: March 10th or 11th during gym hours of operations.
• Sign-up by Friday January 13th.

Teams of 2

• Sign-up with a partner to help keep you motivated and on track! If you don’t have a partner we can pair you with one.

• Earn points for making health-conscious recipes!
• Body Composition Goals/Points:
• Earn points for losing weight and toning up AND/OR by increasing muscle mass
• Hip to Waist ratio measurement so you can see real practical results for your body instead of always looking at scale number! Get rid of that stubborn belly fat.

• A chance to earn your entry money back by improving one of your body composition numbers.
• Top prizes include gift cards, membership discounts, gym apparel. Top team points finishers: 1st & 2nd - 20% off coupons, 3rd -5th- $10 gift cards for retailer of choice
