Weigh-in/Measurements: Saturday, January 10th, 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM or by appointment around this weekend. Don't miss this important step!

To participate in this fitness challenge you must have a class and/or personal training membership for the challenge duration.

Measurements & Metrics
We will be tracking your progress with:
· Fabric tape for waist, hips, chest, and thighs
· Scale for weight, body fat percentage (BF%), and muscle mass (MM%)
