Proceeds support the FOP and our local State Troopers
A fun partner strength & endurance fitness challenge to raise funds for the FOP, a non profit organization, that supports troopers and their families. They advocate for continued quality working conditions and ensure troopers are being represented fairly without prejudice in cases of legal matters on the job. The organization also advocates to provide the necessary care for families of troopers who have been injured or killed in the line of duty.

General Info
- Partner workout challenge $40 per person
- Ages 16 or older
- With entry fee receive event t-shirt and recovery bag full of gifts provided by our sponsors
- Food and drink will be available for purchase throughout event
- Choose your division when signing up either competition or recreational.
- Competition: competing for best time to place amongst other teams and earn prizes. Individual weight will be measured at check-in to ensure you do the proper weight relative to your body weight to level the competition.
- Recreational: Performing the same workout, but at your own pace not looking to compete for a place amongst teams. Includes intensity and movement alternative options at certain stations so you can support the cause at your fitness level.
- Heat times and workout layout will be sent out June 3rd (non early bird)
- Heats will run every 15-20minutes.
Prizes:
- Cash prize for winning team (depends on funds raised) & meal voucher
- 2nd receives free month membership for classes or entry fee earned back & meal voucher
- 3rd earns Innate t-shirt & meal voucher
- 50/50 drawing

- All stations will be team based working together to accomplish the set goals
Workout training preparation:
- Best way to prepare: Focus on long distance Airdyne bikes, rowers, Skiergs, sled pulling and pushing, sandbag runs, tire flipping.
- Male/female intensity variations.
Best team time to complete workout wins.
