Safe and Proper Sports Training for All Ages
Innate Fitness Latrobe trains athletes of all age groups. Children as young as 8 and up are welcome to train with us.
Each athlete follows a program according to their age and performance level. The programs are age appropriate and focus on gradually progressing an athlete based off of their movement execution.
Our progressive training programs focus on developing speed, agility, quickness, strength, power, flexibility, and coordination of an athlete. Our coaches continually track an athlete's improvements to show progress in their training. Continue to lay a strong foundation for your sports skills as you grow!
