Our trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We have programs and plans for everyone whether you are looking for larger group classes or more individualized fitness plans with our small groups or 1 on 1 private training.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

 Over the years in his studies in Exercise Science from Lock Haven University and 14+ years of work experience he has gained valuable experience working with those looking for health and fitness improvements, corrective exercise programming, weight-loss, strength improvements, and much more. He has worked with many population groups that have arthritis, metabolic issues, heart disease, joint imbalances, stroke recovery, and much more over the past several years. He has also worked with many athletes focusing on athlete development while increasing strength, speed, and agility along with the prevention of injury. Scott is also a member of the professional organization, ACSM, that ensures the standards of the fitness and health professional are kept high year after year. To consistently be his best at helping others with their health and fitness he is always seeking continuing education opportunities. He is always seeking the best way to help everyone and wants everyone to progress to their goals no matter where they start their health and fitness journey.  
 

Maddie joins the Innate Fitness team with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Charleston in Charleston, WV. She’s been passionate about helping people move better and feel stronger for over a decade, spending 10 years at Brickhouse Cardio Club teaching group fitness classes and working one-on-one with personal training clients. Maddie also gained valuable experience at Redstone Highlands, where she designed personalized exercise plans to support residents’ health and mobility.
Maddie is excited to bring her knowledge, energy, and love for fitness to Innate Fitness. She looks forward to helping clients build strength, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for movement.
