At Innate Fitness Latrobe, we are dedicated to providing our members with the highest quality fitness experience possible. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, we have the tools and expertise to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Starts June 3rd and ends August 24th.
Special programming for this 6-8 age group over the summer focuses on strength, power, and coordination at a level that teaches them how to move and control their bodies. We will teach them solid skilled movement to help them be on the best track to develop their athleticism as they grow.
Look for Youth Athlete Development in the schedule and this is where they will book weekly.
The schedule for the summer will be:
Monday 9am/6:15PM
Tuesday 9am/6PM
Thursday 9am/6PM
Saturday 11am
*Other times possible upon request
These times occur during other classes or small group times so the family can workout at the same time!
Summer Youth Athlete Pricing
5 sessions $75
(expires 4 weeks)
10 sessions $140
(expires 8 weeks)
15 sessions $195
(expires 10 weeks)
Our year round programming adapted for athletes to push for great strides in development over the summer offseason. Ages 9+ in the summer can schedule into any of our personalized performance group times within our schedule. There are times all morning and afternoon. Parents can even train at the same time within the group as we will coach them through a program geared towards their own goals!
